Consultant Forensic Pathologist




Dr Fegan-Earl is a consultant forensic pathologist and a member of the Home Office Register of Forensic Pathologists.

He performs post mortem examinations and prepares independent reports upon behalf of the Crown and the Defence.

He also provides opinions regarding cases of attempted murder and serious wounding.

Instructions can only be accepted from solicitors, barristers or the CPS, and not from private individuals.

His work is largely in London and the South East, but instructions from other areas, including international matters, will be considered subject to current workloads and availability.

Defence work is considered both for private instruction and for legally aided cases.
